14 Stages · Zero Contact

From monsoon rain to sealed bottle.

Every stage is automated and sequenced — nothing in this chain is touched by hand.

Stage 1 Source & Storage
01

Raw Water Harvesting

Drawn from a protected source, shielded from leaves, dust and other suspended debris.

02

Chlorine Doser

Sodium hypochlorite dosed at 3–5 ppm for the first line of disinfection.

03

Raw Water Tank

Primary storage that gives suspended particles time to settle before treatment begins.

Stage 2 Filtration
04

Pressure Sand Filter

Removes suspended matter and improves clarity, with automatic back-washing.

05

Activated Carbon Filter

Neutralises residual chlorine and strips odour, colour and trace organics.

06

Pre-Micron Filters

10-micron and 5-micron cartridges catch finer sediment and parasite eggs.

Stage 3 Purification & Sterilisation
07

High Pressure Pump

Feeds pre-filtered water into the RO system under controlled pressure.

08

Ultra Filtration

A membrane process fine enough to retain bacteria and most viruses.

09

Post-Micron Filters

0.5-micron filtration removes viruses, bacterial cells and mould spores.

10

UV Steriliser

UV lamps neutralise remaining bacteria at the genetic level.

11

Ozonator

Ozone treatment, reacting roughly 3,200x faster than chemical disinfection.

Stage 4 Fill & Quality
12

Filling Section

Bottles and cans are rinsed, filled and capped by fully automatic machinery.

13

QC Lab

Tested in-house and at a BIS-approved external lab before release.

14

Finished Product

Sealed, packed on automatic conveyors, and ready for distribution.
